Assessain is an AI-powered tool designed to help educators automate grading and assessment tasks. You agree to use the platform only for its intended purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. By accessing or using Assessain, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

To access certain features of the platform, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3. User Content
Assessain allows you to upload materials such as worksheets, quizzes, and exams for analysis ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to process and analyze the content in order to provide our services.

You agree not to upload content that:
- Violates any third-party rights, including copyright or privacy rights;
- Contains harmful or offensive material;
- Violates any applicable laws or regulations.
We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any content that violates these Terms.
4. Intellectual Property
All content and materials available on Assessain, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of MaharooLab or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our explicit consent.
5. Pricing and Payment
While some features of Assessain are available for free, certain premium features may require payment. We will clearly display pricing information within the platform. Payments are non-refundable, except as required by law.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Assessain at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in unauthorized use of the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MaharooLab will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or reputation.

Assessain is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the platform. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.
